How to Book Online Appointment
Follow these 3 simple steps to schedule your appointment.

Select a Service, Doctor, and Time
Choose the medical service you need.
Select a doctor (optional) or choose “Any Available Doctor.”
Pick a date and time from the available slots.

Enter Your Details and Pay via GCash
Fill in your name, email, and mobile number.
Proceed to payment and complete the transaction using GCash.
Click ?Confirm Payment? after completing the transfer.

Receive Confirmation & Attend Your Appointment
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your appointment details.
Arrive on time for your consultation.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, use the links in your confirmation message.

How do I book an appointment online?
To book an appointment:
1. Navigate to the Booking Page: Visit our Consultation page.
2. Select Service and Doctor: Choose the medical service you require and, if preferred, select a specific doctor.
3. Choose Date and Time: Pick a convenient date and time from the available slots.
4. Provide Details: Enter your personal information and any relevant medical history.
5. Confirm Booking: Review your appointment details and confirm the booking.
After confirmation, you’ll receive an email with your appointment details.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can manage your appointments:
Rescheduling: Use the link provided in your confirmation email to access your appointment and select a new date and time.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel, click the cancellation link in your confirmation email.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling should be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept GCash as our only payment method:
Online Payment via GCash: During the booking process, you will be prompted to complete your payment using GCash.
Payment Confirmation: Once the transaction is successful, you will receive both an email and an SMS confirmation of your appointment.
Please ensure that your GCash account has sufficient balance before proceeding with the booking.
Will I receive a reminder for my appointment?
Yes, we send automated reminders:
Email Reminders: You’ll receive an email reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
SMS Reminders: If you’ve provided a mobile number, an SMS reminder will be sent 2 hours prior to your appointment.
